1 /5 Yves Dubé: Im giving 1 star because 0 is not possible but even 0 is not representative... Ive never seen such rotten customer service. They come to do a home inspection and no damage is reported. Then you bring the car back to the dealership and Infinity returns an appraiser a week later and he sends you an excess wear report for damage to the rear bumper!! The car stays in the dealership parking lot for a week, you have no idea what happened, and you should accept a bill when a few days before, at my residence, everything was fine. I call Infinity, I explain the situation and a supervisor is supposed to call back... no return call!! I call back a 2nd time, explain again and they confirm that a supervisor will call me. I get the call from the supervisor, re-explain the whole situation for the 3rd time, the supervisor tells me that she has to check certain things and that she will call me back... no return call but a few days later I receive a letter from UpLevel, their debt collection firm... what rotten customer service... they think they can just bill a customer and that the latter will pay without saying anything... what a scam, its bordering on fraud..!!
