1 /5 nancy rosenfeld: Since you "updated" the website it is impossible to get accurate or timely information. Whoever did this should be fired! Coupled with a decline in timely service at my closest dealership; Crest - I would not ever again consider buying another Infiniti. For a company of your size and capitalization the website looks like it was updated by amateurs or incompetents.

1 /5 Yves Dubé: Im giving 1 star because 0 is not possible but even 0 is not representative... Ive never seen such rotten customer service. They come to do a home inspection and no damage is reported. Then you bring the car back to the dealership and Infinity returns an appraiser a week later and he sends you an excess wear report for damage to the rear bumper!! The car stays in the dealership parking lot for a week, you have no idea what happened, and you should accept a bill when a few days before, at my residence, everything was fine. I call Infinity, I explain the situation and a supervisor is supposed to call back... no return call!! I call back a 2nd time, explain again and they confirm that a supervisor will call me. I get the call from the supervisor, re-explain the whole situation for the 3rd time, the supervisor tells me that she has to check certain things and that she will call me back... no return call but a few days later I receive a letter from UpLevel, their debt collection firm... what rotten customer service... they think they can just bill a customer and that the latter will pay without saying anything... what a scam, its bordering on fraud..!!

1 /5 jamie Gambino: I received my first statement ever in -3 years - to reflect a 5k credit in my favor. When I called to ask why hasn’t it been applied to my balance (only 1500) they stated they cannot apply the overage without calling and giving instructions what to do with the overage. (Like where else and why would I pay extra every month) So I said so “apply the credit to my outstanding balance and return the remaining amount” which I was told “no they can’t do that only one payment a month can be applied! PLEASE REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO THE FTC! I have sent two and will continue to send letters to FTC and Infinity and will personally visit the crocks that got me into this financial institution “Swell Infinity” you and your financial institution needs a good class action lawsuit! Google FTC complaint department I think its 600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington DC Write and send all complaints lets get them an audit

1 /5 don weis: I have been trying to speak to someone at Infiniti Finance about issues with my title and lien release letter. For the past three days I have called their 800 number and each time my call was never answered. A recording eventually came on saying they were extremely busy and to try back later. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Terrible customer service.

Wish I could give them ZERO STARS They are rude, THEY ARE LIARS who don’t won’t their lies recorded, and will hang up in your face…they treated me so poorly with no remorse due to my personal situation…my car was towed and the company they hired to tow it not only stole my registration papers, but also my license plates my floor mats, and check stubs with my personal information and other personal items I had inside my car. When I called to immediately report it they hung up on me and when I called back they told me to file a claim through some website which was basically the better business bureau. Genuinely cannot wait to be done paying on this car I WILL NEVER EVER GET ANOTHER VEHICLE WITH INFINITI LET ALONE FINANCE THEOUGH THEM EVER AGAIN.
