When choosing a legal team its important to know that the young men and women are working for a living. They have more than one client and unfortunately they all answer to the law as well. Time frames and procedure will not change because of your circumstances. Last year was one of the hardest times for us all and court dates/hearings/ deadlines etc. were constantly being delayed. Despite all the hardships, Jon and his team were able to do more than what I expected all while going through a pandemic and working a full case load.
Keep in mind there are a lot of determining factors at play when it comes to getting the resolution you were hoping for, but the amount you pay for services doesnt necessarily mean you are going to win your case. With that being said I believe Jon and his team will do everything they can to bring home the win or get you the best options possible.
I felt cared for, all my concerns were address, they offer installments-I paid on time* (but always felt as if they would work with me if needed), provided updates when necessary, this was a streamlined, ideal experience.

This young lady is a light in a dark place. Very professional and truly a gem. She will more than likely be your liaison throughout you experience with Jon and honestly you will literally feel as if she is your friend.
Cost - perfect considering the circumstances. I spoke to several lawyers in the area who seemed less knowledgeable and wanted more money. I also spoke to lawyers who were priced lower but lacked the confidence in themselves to ask for fair market value. Hiring a good defense team should be like investing in your future. If something seems to good to be true it probably is.
I pray we will never need to use a lawyer again, but in the event I will definitely use Hyatt and Hyatt.
