5 /5 Joe Thacker: We had our taxes done at our H&R Block again this year. Margo Stanley was a great employee, kind and friendly. We had problems she worked out so easily. Curt who done our taxes there a couple years ago was also great. Years ago I used an H&R Block in Wewoka OK. They were so bad I didnt get refunds and I promised I would never use H&R Block again. I found out the office in Oklahoma was a contract office not totally owned by Block, they used H&R Block software but wasnt trained well. But H&R Block offices are very good. They have well trained personal! Thanks Margo and everyone!

5 /5 Victoria Smith: Highly recommend Jnell at the Pampa office!! Amarillo dropped the ball with my return. I went to see if there was any help she could offer even though it was a long shot. She saw me on a day she was totally booked and had my problem fixed in under 5 minutes. Huge thank you to her!

1 /5 Burnett Brent “Blu”: If I could leave negative stars, I would leave the Max!!!! Do NOT use them!!! I filed my taxes at the first of Feb with what should have been a simple tax return claiming my 3 kids. They “forgot” to add 2 of my kids even though I gave them all of the information. I told them of their mistake and they “amended” the return…. It is almost May now and I STILL can’t a straight answer on when I can expect it. I should have had it by Feb 13th and it is now April 24th…. Oh, and they charged me over $400 to screw everything up. H&R BLOCK IS THE WORST
