5 /5 Ellen Candia: Just had my taxes done at H&R block in Rusk. Lori Franklin was so easy to work with . I have been using this office for about 10 years and plan to return again next year.

The tax professional that took care of me understood my needs very clearly. She understood my sense of urgency and responded in kind. She showed that she took my situation just as serious as if it were her own. We ran into lots and lots of technical problems that she had to bring IT in for. But she never just left me hanging to wonder anything. I felt like I genuinely mattered. She was quick, efficient and patient while keeping an impeccable level of customer service going all the way through the end. My tax professional was Hayley. And she was literally just as happy and relieved as I was when I was approved for the advance. Thank you Hayley for going above and beyond for me!

5 /5 Ricky Dean: I been with H&R block for pass 10 + yrs. So why would I change. I know the people at my local office by frist names and as friends. They always work hard to get me the best refund.

Not even so much as a “ I wasn’t able to get what I wanted” or even a “ come back later, I’m busy “ ...... nothing at all to bring anything into question, entirely above reproach! Thanks y’all !
