5 /5 Ann Barfield: I can’t say Enough good about the Hoover-Rogers firm! I went to a lunch/seminar held in their offices a few years ago. At the end of the seminar, I realized I didn’t need to update my will, I needed to change everything to a Living Trust. This would be easier on my heir, & there would never be a need for probation of a will. Everything is set to move forward upon my death. Now fast forward 1 1/2 years. My mother passed away in the Fall of 2023. She had 10 different accounts, checking, savings, investments, IRA’s, annuities, etc. She had also inherited her family farm. Because of her will, we Still haven’t completed the settlement, & it’s just my sister and me! Through working with Hoover-Rogers, I know what I Wish we could’ve done with my mother. Thank goodness I’ll never put my heirs through what I’ve had to deal with!
