Due to a scheduling mishap we could have our initial consultation however she quickly called me later in the day to explain the situation and listened to my case impromptu. I found out important information I was not prevy to in which case she could not represent me at the moment but she still offered me guidance and didn’t just hang up. This was just the ray of hope I needed. I’m a clueless first time mom , first generation American and still young / naive so with out her direction I would not have known next steps. Richard Staley Jac did a solid job helping me and my family with my moms recent Last Will & testament she had left us. It did take awhile basically a couple years but a lot of it was due to Dallas County Probate court system processing, also had to settle with my family which we did, But Jac is professional and does the job. Takes a lot of patients with family wills as well but definitely recommend Jac as a probate Attorney.
