shauna cooper A motorist insured through this agency caused a lot of damage to my car on April 2. I filed a claim on April 6 through them and have yet to speak to an adjuster. When calling I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. When calling the main line, I am forwarded to the adjusters supervisor who also doesnt answer the phone. Customer service for this agency is non exsistent and it is quite frustrating. Unprofessional and unresponsive is how I would best describe this business.

I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.
