Mullen & Mullen Law Firm - Plano
Good Life I must admit before choosing Mullen & Mullen. I took advice from a friend who insisted that I contact another law firm whos name I was very familiar with, from constantly hearing there commercial on the radio. When I called the other law firm they set me up an appointment to come in an speak to someone. I went and was very impressed with how nice there office was, however I was not impressed with how much there fees where. Lets just say that I could see why the decor was so nice after I learned what they would charge me for representation. I politely declined and limped right out of there office. I then went home and started doing my own research online going from one firm to another, reading review after review and came across Mullen & Mullen. I called the office explained my situation just as I had done with the other law firm and the first thing that the lady asked me from Mullen & Mullen was would I like to come in? or Would I like for someone to come out to my home to talk with me? They sent someone out, he answered all of my questoins. He was very thorough and professional so I was only a little impressed at this time, until he explained to me what there fee would be. And thats when I became even more impressed. I was told that a Mr. Josh Banks would be contacting me and would be handling my case. Mr Banks always kept me informed with what was going on and would check to see if I was satisfied with the services that I was receiving. He also got me the maximum amount that I could receive without charging me an arm and a leg, the process didnt take long and I didnt have to go into some fancy smancy office. Over all my experience with Mullen & Mullen has been great! Keep up the good work Mullen & Mullen!

Alex Molinar Bob Mabry was my only hope and salvation after several months of being dragged through the Montgomery County legal system. Their perverse, corrupt approach to the handling of both civil and criminal cases across the board is nothing short of a grotesque affront to the liberties and ideals our country was founded upon. Faced with the Sisyphean task of clearing my name in the eyes of the overzealous and willfully ignorant Montgomery County, I turned to Mr. Mabry. If not for the dedication and diligence he displayed throughout my case, I shudder to think what could have become of me in my hour of need. This absolute waste of taxpayer dollars should be investigated and subsequently prosecuted to the furthest extent of the law in my honest, humble opinion. If nothing else comes from my case or the posting of this review, I sincerely hope that some awareness has been brought to the workings of this soulless, evil organization that has been set to wreak as much havoc in the lives of innocent people as their "interpretation" of the law allows. Jeff Rogers Smith represented me in 1974 after I been arrested for possession of 4 ounces of Marijuana. I had a co defendant who claimed the pot was his. I was acquitted of the charge after a 4 day trial. As far as I know I was the first person in Hunt County to beat a pot charge. Im forever thankful to Mr Gilley because had i been found guilty of this charge I faced 10 years in prison. Luckily it took me only 12 months to pay off my legal bill and then I moved back to my home state of Kentucky. My co defendant never went to trial in spite of his confession to the police.
