1 /5 Patrick Fisher: HSB has turned into complete garbage since being bought. App doesnt work, website doesnt work, hours are awful, cant get a hold of anyone. I look forward to the automated response to this review. Let me guess: "Happy State Bank, a division of Centennial Bank, strives to provide excellent service to our customers. We have received your complaint and acknowledge that you felt you were not given the attention and gratitude you deserve. We want to assure you that we will take the opportunity to address your concerns within the Bank. We offer our sincere apology" Its never going to be sincere if its automated, guys.

5 /5 Andrew Ammons: Pampas new bank president, Tim Tucker, is an amazing man. Hes been a major support to me and our businesses over the past few years. Pampa is lucky to have a leader with as much knowledge in commercial lending and banking. Good Move HSB!

1 /5 Johana Saenz: Walked in with 2 other customers behind me. Clerk directly in front of me crossed her arms and exhaled loudly. Gave me the impression she wasnt "HAPPY" at Happy State Bank. She never spoke one word so I confusingly walked up to the counter. Still no word from her. I set my deposits down. She did what she needed to do without one word. Its 10:30 am. No good morning, how are you, can I help you etc. I was about to sign to her thought maybe she cant speak. But I figured shes do that first since Im th customer. Anyway. Maybe she need a nap already

1 /5 Heather Curtis: Went to cash a 39 dollar check drawn in this bank. It took over 20 minutes to get it cashed. I had to ask if there was something wrong and the cashier told me she had to get it authorized!! Seriousl! Ridiculous!!!! Im so glad this isnt my bank!

1 /5 Anne Lastname: Happy state will be sure to make you unhappy. Unfortunately this bank has gone downhill over the years. Customer service can take upwards of 4 hours waiting to be seen by personnel. The app they have consistently has flaws, and doesnt work. Most of the staff are polite, but generally act like patrons are an annoyance. Every time they update the banking computer system, youll have to double-check your account. Make sure you dont accidentally get switched back off of paperless bank statements (that will cost you money too of course) Over all the experiences Ive had with this bank have been unpleasant, time consuming, frustrating, and impersonable. I highly suggest finding literally any other bank or credit union to keep your money with.
