Donald Heath I have been a client of Morgan Stanley for 18+ years. For various reasons we chose to change firms. 2019 service fees of $325 were charged in December, understandable, we owed them, but then $375 for service fees for 2020. That is only 15 to 17 days for these fees. I am disappointed and I am sorry that I did not leave Morgan Stanley sooner!

Letty DeLeon The entire staff at the Midland, Texas branch location are amazing! Sonya is the original one who helped me but she was out to lunch when I went in so Diane/Diana took care of me. She was extremely helpful and showed me exactly how to pay off loan faster and pay less interest. It always nice being able to save money. I highly recommend the Midland location, they are all very professional and friendly! The branch manager Yvette has a great team!!!

Once we arrive we are told for the first time that the vehicle for the title loan had to be present for pictures. The lady didnt care or offer any sound alternatives. We use another location
