1 /5 aaron luke: Terrible. Do not go with this Lawyer for any criminal matters. They (Joseph) will make you try to take a plea deal even if you are innocent. I had a minor (B) misdemeanor in 2018. Criminal Trespass. I felt the case was bogus from the beginning and that I should never have been arrested. I was dropping off presents to what was, and had been my residence for 7 months prior to the incident. Long story short, I completed a 6 month deferred adjudication in early 2019. The entire time I was on supervision, and even when I was in court, this lawyer was informed the arresting officer on my case was under IA investigation. The officer was found guilty in an IA investigation. The lawyer was provided evidence regarding my case that could have exonerated me in 2018 and again in 2021. They never notified me, and again actually convinced me that a plea deal was a good idea. For the sake of you or your loved ones innocence and clear record, GET A DIFFERENT LAWYER.

5 /5 Jason Paratore: Attorney Mr. Jim Gutheinz handled our custody case and was an amazing advocate. Never had any issues with anything! His communication was always on point, he handled the paperwork with ease, and was very diligent with looking out for our best interests and finances. Our first court appearance was the day of a family members funeral, but he still showed up to court because he knew how important it was and how hard we all had worked to get there.
