But, nothing compares to the quality and level of service, support, assistance, and encouragement that I received from Gina Motz and her legal team. Gina won the argument to compel the DA and Judge to give my son, a “Wounded Warrior” who has been abandoned by our government and legal system, full credit for time served on a separate issue which now enables my son to be paroled without having to deal with another legal issue. Gina’s commitment, dedication, perseverance, knowledge, and skill accomplished what other lawyers told me was virtually impossible or wouldn’t attempt. When I thanked Gina, she told me her success was completely dependent on God’s encouragement and love. Additionally, her personality is very comforting which immediately increases the trust factor. Her staff, lead by Paralegal Jennifer Morales follows her lead thus forming an amazing team. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and responsive. If not for Gina, I could realistically say that my freedom would be questionable.
