Mr. Elder helped my business with a real estate contract question when we were first starting out, then met with me to discuss how to incorporate a homeowners association. Finally, when our business became nearly bankrupted and we were stuck without a lawyer Mr. Elder and Mr. Ellzey helped immensely as we prepared to appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.
