Despite my daughters repeated disclosures to court-appointed authorities, including psychologists, an ad-litem, and Child Protective Services, Ms. Fox callously orchestrated a strategy of deceit, casting doubt upon my sanity and painting me as a vengeful interloper in my own childs life.
In brazen defiance of court mandates stipulating joint legal and physical custody, my ex-husband has callously flouted the law, denying me access to my daughter for over three years with the tacit complicity of Ms. Fox. Despite my earnest attempts to seek redress through legal avenues, Ms. Fox callously facilitated this travesty of justice, willfully disregarding the anguish inflicted upon both my daughter and myself.
It is imperative to underscore that I am not a deranged kidnapper or an unfit parent. On the contrary, I have shouldered the responsibilities of parenthood with unwavering devotion, while my ex-husband, absent for much of our childs upbringing, has resorted to Machiavellian machinations to undermine my rightful custodial rights. His rapid transition to a new relationship mere weeks after the MY request for a divorce speaks volumes about his manipulative character and underscores the depths of his deceit - not to mention the financial gain he profited from and used to his advantage with his new victim, who has since divorced him and also admitted to his psychopathic mental, verbal and physical abuse, including strangulation, attempting to run her over with his vehicle, spitting and much worse - all in front of my child and hers.
Contrary to any misrepresentations propagated by Ms. Fox, I am of sound mind and resolute spirit, a fact attested to by my academic achievements and professional pursuits. The tribulations inflicted upon me by her egregious misconduct have served only to fortify my resolve to pursue a career in the legal arena, to combat the scourge of unethical practitioners who prey upon vulnerable families within corrupt judicial systems. I am well on my way to law school, with honors and full scholarships, a named scholar across multiple academic organizations, and attending my first law school fellowship later this year. I have no criminal record, have never used drugs, have never abused alcohol, and most importantly, am not abusive nor have I ever been accused of abuse. It is also incredibly important to note that I continue to have joint legal custody and physical custody of my child, by way of a legally binding court order, and Margo has never been able to remove it, yet continues to enable such abhorrent tactics, destroying a young girls life.
