The Mount Vernon, Texas location has the most friendly, caring and helpful staff you could ask for when you have questions or concerns about your banking situations. They go the extra mile to make sure your questions are answered and your situations are taken care of in a timely manner. I get a sense of calm when having to deal with a financial frustration or just need to be pointed in the right direction for a solution. Andrea Rodriguez The one employee working was friendly- ish. He just seems like he should be retired, or he’s tired of being the only one in a window. They do need more employees at this location, but the wait wasn’t horrible. I love the architecture of the building tho- it’s so classy.
