We tested the waters with another lender, and Chad not only got us qualified for WAY more than the other guy, he did it at a rate that was so much lower, that the payment was the same. When we found the perfect house that was just a little outside of what we were qualified for, he helped push us over the top to get us approved. We also wanted to complicate things by closing about 2 weeks from the time we put the offer in.....for Chad, no problem. He was always available, and worked tirelessly to help us out.
