Hillary Mack Roberts They are absolutely amazing!! They have worked with members of my family for since the early days and me personally for the last 10 years (in my early 30s). I’ve never met a nicer, knowledgeable, responsive or caring team before. They are clear and transparent, super helpful and always available to help!!! I’ve recommended them to several of my friends for countless reasons (especially to help plan financially and with investing their savings). I can honestly say I’d be lost without them and don’t plan on ever moving to anyone else!! Ps- they know everyone by name and if you have multiple family members/ friends who work with them they are kind enough to ask you about them! True definition of having the best of both worlds- best in their field as well as best service!! Thank you guys for all that you do!!

Janelle Eastham My own experience of this place is that it is completely fraudulent. The address is non existent. I highly recommend that you grab you money and dial (877 FTC -HELP) or go to FTC Complaint Assistant.

Manouchehr Mohandesi Worst service. TIAA doesn’t have any employees to responce to the clients. The person at front desk lies to face of clients and says she is not working for TIAA and no one can response to questions. Why TIAA has send us to their fake office for stupid notary doc?

YOU CAN ACTUALLY SMELL THEM THROUGH THE PACKAGING. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDES THE BEST SERVICE WITH WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED. I LIKE MY CANDLES WITHOUT THE WICK BECAUSE I WARM THEM AND SHE MAKES MY CANDLES JUST THE WAY I LIKE THEM! I HAVE ORDERED ALMOST EVERY MONTH FROM HERE SINCE I HAVE BECOME A CUSTOMER.
