1 /5 charity janway: This manager is horrible. I called, talked to a teller, she wouldnt help me bc the manager wouldnt approve it. Then I asked to speak to him. He gave me the run around and told me he couldnt help me, only people that he knows personally and wouldnt even confirm my personal information and pull my account number up over the phone. He said he did pull my account number by my phone number? I didnt know that was even a thing. Plus I have 3 different accounts, I couldve been asking about a different one, but he didnt have my account even pulled up. Hes full of it.
I asked him to transfer me to the corporate office. The man I talked to at corporate said yes they can definitely pull up my account and let me know if a bill I had coming through was returned or not. Thats all i needed to know, not that huge of an issue. I wasnt asking to transfer money or anything about the account other than if a payment had been returned. That manager was on one in the Greenville bank. If he didnt want to help me, he shouldve just said so. I was definitely not a priority like Ive always been. Ive been banking with this bank for over 15yrs. Ill never go to this one until they get new management for sure.
