Keith Saunders Original review was a 1 Star. REVISED 3-31-21 If you truly want an awesome banking experience, dont use BBVA Compass. They WILL let you down time and time again. This particular branch has a few key people who really want to help, but have their hands tied behind their back by their corporate comrades. I speak not only from experience from this branch, but from other branches in other cities. I have businesses located outside of my home town and I thought that BBVA would be beneficial to me in order to be able to access funds, make deposits in multiple cites, transfers, and loans. I have been disappointed for the last time and I urge you to be very weary of this bank. They appear friendly and some may truly care, but its only skin deep at the branch level. Customer service may be a word spoken within the branch, but I guarantee you that the people who are above the branch level dont care about you, your time, or your business. If I worked at a branch level and saw how my customer setting in front of me was being treated, I would have a hard time coming to work each day. UPDATE 3-31-2021 Shortly after writing the previous review, I was introduced to a business banker at the Granbury branch that truly does care. I have been working with her now for almost 5 years and she has never let me down. Im still not sold on BBVA, but I am 100% sold on Hazel. She is awesome. If you need a business banker, look no further. Thank you Hazel for all the help you have been to me over the past 5 years.

William Sanford Just purchased this RAM 2500. This is one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have made. The other one was also at Glenn Polk. Joel made this encounter a breeze. He was very respectful of our time. We spent a total of maybe 2 hours in the dealership over 2 days. Nothing but good things to say about Glenn Polk.

lizzy Bee This place has been off such help to me in times of need, I had just started to work and needed to buy things for myself and i came here about 5 years ago , before that my father came here for years as well, they are very strict with their payments , but if that was my money i let someone borrow i would be persistent too. All you need to do is give them an explanation of why you cant make payment that week or so and they will understand. The ladies are very nice and provide good information on everything you need to know. Oh and there is a Dominos right beside just in case you do get that loan. Lol. Yummy.

Peter Ross Dave is a super nice guy and great father to his son Brody, I have entrusted him with my investments from real estate transactions and all insurance needs with great results ! He was with me when my youngest son Ben was born and helped me through the mire of an unfortunate divorce . His financial advice and care for his son as a single parent has been an inspiration to myself and his natural segway into the Allstate Family was always on the cards. . Great guy , great service , and a great asset to Kaufman. Thanks Dave .

Brenda Barraza I highly recommend Infantry Financial . I paid a couple of other companies. They took my money and I never received any dispute letters. No changes at all. Jeremy Spear and his staff are very knowledgeable. He has been in the business for over 15 years! And I have seen a ton of removals. And my credit score improved.

Sam Witten Dan and Randy will give you fair money on what you’re going to PAWN. They’re willing to work with you and they have a good selection of firearms. They also have a gunsmith that will fix most of your weapons.

In addition to feeling welcomed, the entire process from application to closing was very easy, smooth and fast. Jeremy was amazing. He was very friendly and professional.
