1 /5 Taylor Guida: Awful place. I filed my taxes with Maria and this is the first time i’ve used her and she “filed my taxes” it’s been almost 2 months and she will not respond to any of my text because i have not received my return. Truly disappointing and super unprofessional.

1 /5 VANESSA ELIZABETH: If I could give Eva Baides ZERO stars I definitely would. We booked the hall since February 14 for today June 7th & when arriving to decorate there was another event taking place. I called her & all she said was I’m sorry someone deleted your event & I double booked when I had communication with her June 5th to see how would we enter the hall & she gave me instructions. She didn’t care we had everything ready for today she said since the other people payed first she couldn’t do anything when we booked it first and gave her deposit and payed full before the event. She was extremely unprofessional. She tried to blame us saying she got confused when the date was changed in February when a contract was said to her and she even confirmed the date for June 7th more than once. Honestly she’s just unprofessional & someone like that shouldn’t had a business because she clearly can’t handle it. Tried leaving a negative review on Facebook & she blocked me for giving my honest review about her horrible customer service. If you can’t handle a bad review which you cost yourself to get don’t have a business.
