Although I did get ton the facility at 5:20pm and under the impression that it was a 10min process, it actually took a little longer than anticipated however I was still taken care of even when the building closed at 5:30pm I was taken care of and felt prioritized. 5 /5 Bryan Hilton: So I had been to several credit unions to refinance my truck, only to be told that I have to put an enormous amount of money down or I needed a co-signer which I didn’t understand cause I have really good credit and perfect payment history. I had given up on refinancing, I submitted 1 last application at First Basin Credit Union online, and within a matter of minutes received a reply from Mrs. Dina and within the hour got approved with no $$$$ down, a much better interest rate, and lower monthly payment. Then next day when I went in to do the paperwork, Mrs Dina had everything ready to go, was in and out within an hour. Very friendly and nice and professional. Looking forward to doing business with them !!!!!

Their app is fluid and easy to use, their rates are great and i just got a credit card through them as well. I hardly EVER have any issues and when i do they always handle then quickly and professionally. Love this credit union!!
