LaVesha Freeman I came in to renew my policy. I was waited on by Shaun and she was really polite and professional. The entire office was. She helped me get more than what I came in for and payments were still low and affordable. I recommend them if you are ever in need of an emergency or need a quick fix.

Amy G-Z I love this bank. Have been with them for 11 years and have zero complaints. I’m not really understanding all these negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always been so helpful to me and friendly when I’ve gone in. I have never been charged a single fee in all the years I’ve been with them. The only thing that’s inconvenient is that there’s not more locations now that I no longer live in the island. Other than that, they’re open 7 days a week and much later than any other financial institution. This means no matter my schedule, I’m likely able to make it in if I ever need anything. I would recommend banking with them to anyone I know.
