1 /5 E John Inan: I’ve been to this branch a few times, and I don’t think the receptionist, in particular, knows how to greet or be polite to clients. I was there to deposit a check into my account. For this process, they make you stand at the front desk while they take your check, go into a room to deposit it, and then return with a receipt. During this time, I asked a couple of questions, but the person wasn’t very friendly or helpful with their responses.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that every time I visit this branch, the windows outside are extremely dirty. You wouldn’t believe this is a Fidelity branch—people inside are barely visible through the dirt. It even made me wonder if the branch was closed.
