1 /5 Dennis Chu: The representative virtually cancelled my appointment last minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if you are treated as walk-in and has to wait past your appointment time? The branch representative also didnt give correct information about transaction. I think I will give the Memorial branch a try next time and hope they treat customer with more respect and are more knowledgeable. The one star is for the representative courtesy and and a follow-up email.

1 /5 Mau: Don’t use their IRA managed account. In 4 y I see no benefit. All profit goes in paying their huge fees. They say that have “proprietary funds” but they shared that they would negotiate with China funds and Blackrock. I am sure I can do much better job doing it myself with some training. I don’t trust them anymore.

1 /5 Ricardo LeBron: I had a terrible experience with the staff. The staff member implied that I was lying to her. I’ve been to this location twice, and there was a issue with both visits to the branch. The staff member gave me a weak apology but basically was still blaming me for her incompetence. Terrible Experience!! I will be looking for a new location or new company to do my business!
