Vicky K I retained Mr. Flanigan to represent my son for a speeding ticket he received going into college station (Brazos County). The citation was for speeding in the triple digits. When I initially contacted the court, they told me there’s not much I can do because the speed was 25mph above the speed limit and to pay the full amount of the ticket because “judges don’t like to see triple digits.” And that’s when we hired Mr. Flanigan.
