5 /5 Wanda Lenz: Ok, here goes. For Jhalonde Smith I give 5 stars. She was awsome. She answered all my text messages quickly and was very patient with me and my questions. Ashley Smith on the other hand I cant rate. I have sent her two emails, the 1st email on the 27th of February and the 2nd email today, the 19th of March and the only response I got was on the 27th stating she was out of the office. It would be nice if i could get an answer from her. Just giving an update. Ashley called this morning and apologized for not getting back to me. My emails had not reached her, instead they went to spam. Anyway, Ashley Smith was very sweet and patient with my questions and request. With the information she gave me I do feel she is going to work hard at getting me the best settlement from the car accident. 5 stars for Ashley

1 /5 Felicia Clowson: We have been dealing with this law firm for 4+years. My daughters were in a horrible car accident, they said the settlement was finished in their favor and then nothing. I have called, left messages and emailed them asking them where did their settlement go. No reply. This money that is owed to my children is just sitting somewhere and they will not reply to any of my correspondences.
