1 /5 Danielle Gage: Edit: since I can’t respond to this ridiculous response by Elyse…….. absolutely not! When she said “ discuss your concerns further and explore possible solutions.” that is absolutely a lie! I have tried. I requested a call many times from the alleged department claiming some kind of fraud with MY social security number. No one has ever returned my call. I get you think it shows you’re so great by responding to my negative review but NOTHING was done! And clearly never will be. I ever got LifeLock and was so worried someone was using my social but it became apparent pretty quick they made all that up because I haven’t had that happen ever and haven’t had it happen since!

This is the WORST bank I have ever encountered. They keep trying to say they couldnt verify my identity and ultimately said someone else was using my social security number. I have LifeLock and they alert me if there is EVER any issues like that.. and I know that is completely incorrect. They are lying.. I have absolutely no idea why they are lying but I called LifeLock and there is absolutely nothing showing up as anyone else using my social security number. I am going to guess that someone miskeyed someones social in THEIR banking system and that is the problem. Although there is NO way to know that because I cant get them to call me back!!! They are absolutely terrible... RUN!!!
