Farmers assigned me to William Francis, a Farmers adjuster. William was fabulous. He listened to me and gave me outstanding help in getting my claim resolved with the best remediation and reconstruction companies possible. He was quick, thorough, efficient, professional, and caring. He was so good that Kim at Clearlake Servpro asked if there is anyway she could get William as the adjuster everytime. I highly recommend Farmers insurance.
