Cheryl I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my used car purchase at Hart Chevrolet GMC. From my initial conversation with Benjamin Jackson (General Sales Manager) about a pre-owned vehicle to driving my new car off the lot 3 days later, I was consistently provided with 5-star service. I had been searching for a specific car in my local area for some time without success, and I was delighted to find that Hart Chevrolet had exactly what I was looking for. Given that I was considering purchasing the vehicle without seeing it in person and had a significant drive ahead, the staff went above and beyond by providing detailed photographs of the vehicles tires, interior, and exterior imperfections. Benjamin, Eric Byrne (Sales Consultant), and KeriAnn Sullins (Business Manager) were incredibly honest, professional, and made my car purchasing experience truly personal. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the dealership providing a ride from the airport to their dealership, which was roughly 90 minutes away. James Laurent, the driver, was a true Texas gentleman! To top it all off, Benjamin even texted me during my three-day drive home to ensure everything was going well and that I arrived safely back in the Pacific Northwest. The customer service at Hart Chevrolet is truly top-notch, and I felt exceptionally well taken care of throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership!

Devan Putman The women who work here are terrible! Last year I took off work to get my registration done and the lady says that I have to come back the next day with my co-signers signature on a piece of paper without even checking in her system, so the next day I come and see a different lady who says that that was not necessary since my name was on the title, so I wasted two work days and gas money for carelessness on the first woman’s part. THIS YEAR it’s costing me THREE days where I had to leave work early and THREE trips into town with very little gas once again simply because the people who work there either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Everyone I’ve talked to has similar stories. Hate this place.
