A Cruz Serrano I was referred by a friend to come here and boy am I glad I did. Julia was the personal banker helping and she helped my friend. My friend came in with me and she remembered the interaction. I mean she really connected with us. She explained in details the step to take. In addition, what tier level I fall in based off my credit. The process took a little longer on my part. But, she was patient and determined to help me through it. I say she’s an asset to you company and even more so to your branch location. Thank you so much! You gave me my peace of mind back.
