caden swain Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.

They manage the paperwork and payroll of all our employees for us. It saves us so much time! There have been problems, but they always fix them. We were even contacted by the CEO once when they were switching payroll systems. Its wonderful to have someone who has your back when you are trying to get care for your children.
