Texoma Community Credit Union - Wichita Falls

F L Update : Erica, Cami, and I forgot the next young lady’s name, but they were so patient and helpful to me and ultimately got the issue resolved. I will be staying with this week just really due to how they stayed after hours to really help me get the money I needed. They were really kind and understood that I was just frustrated. I really needed some help so I’m changing my rating to five stars. I will leave the information below just to help others with expectations of new customer accounts. Very disappointed so far. Direct deposit is taking a long time to accept so I’m having to be sent paper checks for my job. Even with depositing the checks at the ATM they’re still being rejected and I still don’t have access to my money. Going on four weeks now I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t afford to go for weeks with no pay. I think it even should be a good manner to at least give me the checks back so I can cash them somewhere else. I can’t even feed my child at this point and they just keep telling me sometime today then that goes and it’s a new day. It truly sucks because I had a prepaid card for probably seven years and never had an issue. Finally decided to switch to a local credit union and this is what happens.
