Pam Soliz Very disappointed with this bank. We paid a vehicle off EARLY and just found out that we have been turned into the credit bureau for a ‘late payment’ on this particular vehicle. This account has been paid off for several years now and IF there was a late payment it was only maybe a few days BUT the vehicle was paid off early!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!!!!!

M M Had to get my trim fixed. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. Got the part next day and fixed within 40 minutes. Great customer service!!

Stephanie Hepner People are great! Hours of operation are horrible...it would be great if they opened the same time daily throughout the weekdays...its very confusing. ...orherwise havent had a problem. 10am is just not a good opening time, most people in Texas want to get to the bank early when its hot outside.
