1 /5 Joey Rojas: If I could give less than 1 star I would. Lazy good for nothing bank. I had a fraudulent charge to my account and the guy at this bank tells me I had to dispute it with the company myself. I told him I didnt make the charge I shouldnt have to clean up someone elses mess and closed my account on the spot. My wife and both daughters will be closing theirs tomorrow. The place makes money off your money so why that wouldnt even try to fix problems for their customers like every other bank is not ok.

4 /5 Dannielle Molesworth: Small branch but very helpful and friendly staff that seem to go out of their way to help folks out. Always smiles on their faces. We became customers when our original CU (LeTourneau) was bought and we have had the best customer care since! My only negative is the lack of ATMs available.

1 /5 Chris S.: Cannot recommend them, and I will be closing my account. Their policies are draconian, prohibitive, and semeingly based on personal whim rather than any logic, which is something that can severely impact peoples lives. This all with a simple service that is free and incredibly easy at many other banks.

5 /5 Seba Clayton: This Credit Union has a little bit of something for everyone. The locations are convenient when you are in town and now I have a local branch in the small town where I live. If you lose your credit card they can make one for you. If you need assistance with someone they will find the right person to help you. Its the best and friendliest banking Institution I have ever done business with.

1 /5 Juli Jameson: I’m a business client. Probably once every other month or so I try to buy supplies and have my charge declined. It isn’t a balance thing, just denied. Then comes the hour of calls to card services and not getting help and having to wait until the branch opens back up because they closed while you were on hold. Frustrating, wastes my time and looking for a new bank. So disappointed at how hard it is to do business with them!
