1 /5 Robert Hunter: Sadly, with this office, you are not in good hands. I purchased a home policy, and a few days later, Mr. Doug Tracey emailed me that I dont have the home listed on the policy, I better find another insurance company immediately, or I wont be covered and then trash his own company by stating the agents you call via the 800 number are not knowledgeable agents. He called me after I left a couple messages, he instantly started to berate me and laugh at my concerns. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AT ALL COST! I have tried speaking with a manager at the home office for 3 days, and still nothing.

5 /5 Samuel Campbell: Been with Doug Tracey for a year now. Im glad I made the change. Doug and his staff is easy to with. You can go in to the office anytime and they will have an answer for you as well as a friendly conversation.

1 /5 Texas Panda: YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE. Staff is great. Super polite, quick to respond, great at answering questions. Truly wonderful people in that office. The downside is the product they sell. You are NOT in good hands with Allstate. Thousands of dollars in premiums and zero coverage when you need it. Allstate will work harder to make sure you get nothing than they will to protect you. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.

1 /5 Beth Otsuki: UPDATE: minutes after this post, my son received the email below. How’s that for customer service? He has called before and gotten the same run around. Never was he told they couldn’t assist and he needed to call the 800#. We were both just told initially that it was cancelled and later that they needed to check with Doug as he had to approve the refund. And, how’s that for an apology “even if it was our mistake…” “they might come back and say you hold some responsibility “. Isn’t your agent suppose to take care of you and your insurance problems? Very disappointed in this office. Terrible service. My son had apartment insurance with them. He moved out July2022. I myself called to cancel. It didnt cancel and they kept auto-debiting it. We called again Nov2022. Still didnt cancel. Called again Jan 2023. Said they cancelled but now hes getting collection notices. I called and spoke to Jeanie. She was going to speak with the agent and get back to me. Didnt happen. I called again, same thing. I called again spoke with someone else. They said it is up to the agent to give approve a refund and take it off the collection list. This person was going to pass the message to the agent. I have tried to call 3 times since then and now no one answers. I am going to report it to the BBB.

1 /5 Tony Noordam: Ive been trying to contact Doug Tracey for over a week. Left message with the representative on the 3rd, no return call. Also sent email still no return phone. This service SUCKS. Also left 2 voice messages still no phone call. You make the decision! Maybe after this review Ill get a phone call but probably wont.
