1 /5 shifthappens: Spent thousands of dollars with this firm and I pretty much represented myself while he sat there and watched. Half the time he didnt even remember things about my case. I lost a case that even the opposing council thought I should have won. Save yourself the time and money because I sure wish I had.

1 /5 Nighthawk: Used this guy years ago, promise me justice. He lives up to his first name. Make no mistake he will take your money and throw you to the mercy of the court. You will never hear from him until your court date and you will basically have to represent yourself unless you want to hand over more money on the spot even after paying up front. Very dishonest!

1 /5 misti white: This guy was a court appointed attorney for my son and wouldn’t even speak to my son. Wouldn’t even listen to my son so that he could explain things and got my son a crap deal. Had he taken the time to hear his client out then maybe things would’ve been different. His staff is incredibly rude as well. I appreciate the fact that there are court appointed attorneys out there for those that need it but if you are not willing to give your client the time and attention they need then please remove yourself from the case.

1 /5 Canni: This is my 20 years post having this attorney update! First, I never hired this attorney to represent me! He was paid for and hired by my ex boyfriend who directed this man to drop all the charges against the ex and have them all put on me. And thats what he did! Ill never forget the lie that he told me, that If you plea nolo contendre, itll be like you were never arrested at all, you wont have a record. And boy was that a lie that I feel for hook, line, and sinker. His lies and taking advantage of my naivety in my youth has hurt my life in so many ways over the years. He never explained anything to me, ever. He never represented me or my best interests. He represented moneys best interest and whoever wallet that money came out of. And when I tried to understand this, calling his office to speak with him after the fact, his receptionist Cindy (dont know if she still is, but thats who it was at the time) not only cussed me out, but cussed my mother out. I could not ever in good consciousness reccomend this attorney to anyone. Heed warning and find a attorney who represents YOU. Check with the real people who have interacted with this man and hear their stories. You just might save yourself from a horrible fate.

5 /5 tina villasenor: We are always happy with the outcome we get using Dick as our attorney. When its buisness hes to the point and ready to go. If it seems uneasy or uncertain he gladly lightens the mood. Oh and of course hes a busy man so when we call and get to speak with Cindy shes just as knowledgeable as him can clear questions right up and if un sure will speak with Dick and gives you a call right back. Times could be unsettling and they go out their way to make you feel like you are not a bother and everythings going to be ok!
