Did not pay me a dime, They say they ar always in meetings. They have caused me so much emotional stress, please save yourself the trouble. Alberto de la Torre has completely taken advance of me and my situation, I have many injuries and am elderly. Please please be aware! they are scammers!!!

5 /5 steve rodriguez: I see that you only respond to 5 Star reviews (but its really a 0) I came to this Law firm about 4 years ago. I started off with 1 lawyer, then another, then, another. The last communication I had was with a HF back in 24, then silent mode. Out of the blue last week I get a phone call in reference to my mailing address, (which had changed) that my settlement check would be sent to me. I may have said a few things like wow, thought you all forgot about me or something to that effect. I asked the lady on the phone, how much was it for she did not answer, I asked what was the break down of it and she did not answer, that she would email it to me and verified my email address. I have still not received that email that discloses what the settlement was for or anything. I received the check today in the mail(envelope with the check wrapped in a blank piece of paper) nothing about how much the settlement was for and who got paid what or nothing. The settlement could have been for 500K and they only send me xyz (very smaller amount), now why is that? Your attorney is supposed to keep you informed of what is going on at all times and especially when it comes to a settlement amount. They are there to represent you, not them. I have called them back requesting to speak to someone in reference to my case and still have not received a call back. I guess as they say in Chess your move, well it is my move now!!!! Look forward to hearing from someone!!!!!
