This is what allows me to sleep well in my retirement. He is always willing to explain in detail how financial tools work when I present those questions and I ask a lot of those questions, and when he has answered them I completely understand. He is easy to reach out to, and is ready to help with anything I need to address. This is much appreciated. caden swain Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.
