5 /5 Trenton Thomas: I had Danny appointed to me in a criminal case back in 2012. I was guilty. In all my experience with court appointed attorneys I will say this man did the best he could by me. He treated me as if I was a paid client. I didnt get the best results in court, but I will say the way he treated me was beyond good. He visited me more than once in county jail. When I wrote, he returned my correspondence in kind. I know its been quite some time, but I figured Id give a review. Im now on a better path, and am proud of who Im becoming. Ive been shopping for attorneys for family law, and if he did family law I would have brought him whatever he needed for me to retain him. Im glad to say Im probably never going to need a criminal attorney again, but if something did happen I know who I would call.

5 /5 Sylvia DeAlva: I would like to share the experience we had with Danny, we looked around for attorneys cause the attorney I wanted to use did not service Ellis county so looked around and found Danny in Waxahachie and my son got a DWI and it was his first offense and he didn’t make any promises like a lot of attorneys do, they tell you what you want to hear and than when it comes down to sentencing it was nothing like you were told by your own attorney but Danny did not do that, he was straight forward about it all, the DA wanted to give him 2 years probation and Danny worked his magic and was able to get my sons case dismissed today, that is amazing, how many times can that truly happened, like never , he is a badass attorney and would recommend him to anyone, catching a case is one thing and hiring an attorney is another and I would definitely trust Danny with my life in the line if it came down to it, he is a great attorney and will recommend to anyone, thank you for the job well done on the case, there are not a lot of times you can say a DWI case was dismissed and he was under the influence, he has a bad ass!! He is a great attorney and at a fair price. Highly recommend!!

He takes care of you and makes sure you understands your options. He always makes time for you, whenever I’ve called he always gets back to me within 15 minutes. He is a straight shooter, and will not bs you around. He will not make you any broken promises. He will however fight for you tooth and nail. and he is very responsive with any questions or concerns along the way. He was able to get my husbands possession charged dismissed in a little less than a year. If you need a good attorney. He is your go to man!
