2 /5 Val Fortkamp: Updating my 5 star review. After my pick up truck premiums going up every year when it finally got to $250 a month I decided to go somewhere else for insurance. Wish I would’ve done that sooner. So I’m changing my five star review to a two star review. Thought I was in good hands with Allstate for over 30 years. It broke my heart. I cried when I had to find another insurance provider. Also, keep in mind that I had not gotten any tickets. No accidents. And my credit score had only improved. I ended up going with progressive and paying only $100 a month for the same full coverage. Allstate did try to get me back after seven or eight months. I told him they had a lot of nerve trying to call me. I see there are other reviews similar to mine.

1 /5 Landon Bell: Horrible service. My vehicle has been totaled for over 4 months and payoff still hasn’t been received to my lender. I called Dan’s office and was greeted by a rude receptionist that wouldn’t let me talk to him for a couple of days. When I finally talked to Dan he informed me that it’s not his place to call and deal with my claim even though my insurance was through his office. Dan was no help at all and then I was told by him I lost my discounts due to being in an accident even though it was a hit and run and not at all my fault. Dan was more interested in talking about football than my claim. All state will never have my business again

1 /5 Kelsi Ibarra: Very unprofessional place of business, they overdrafterd my account 800 dollars. Only willing to refund 200! 600 for a cancellation fee is their excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

5 /5 Brandon Estes: As always, Dan and his team at Allstate make everything easy for me and quickly respond to my needs and questions. Their coverage is comparable to other choices on the market, but the service from Dan puts them over the top!
