1 /5 T. Shanta: Unprofessional and unresponsive I am very disappointed in my experience with this law firm. My calls and messages regarding my case have been repeatedly ignored, and I have been sent to voicemail almost every time I’ve reached out. The only person I have spoken with is someone named Bertha, who I believe is just an assistant and not an actual attorney. She has been calling me from a personal cell phone rather than a professional office line, which feels unprofessional for a legal matter, no matter how big or small. There has been no progress or meaningful communication on my case, and I feel completely neglected as a client. This is not the level of professionalism or commitment one should expect from a law firm handling important legal issues. I cannot recommend this firm and am giving them a 1-star rating for the lack of service and accountability.
