1 /5 Britt Nicole: Paid off my title loan back in 2020. Went to the DMV to get a new title thinking I just misplaced it. Found out that it still wasnt released. Went to the Cashstore to be told I had a $2k balance, that I paid 5 years ago. The employee that I worked with was apparently fired (potential theft was what I was told) and yet, I still dont have my title! They want me to double pay for it to get it back. They claim I owe them, but the vehicle has been with me, not attempt to pick it up. My number hasnt changed in 15 years. Not 1 call, letter or attempt to retrieve it. SCAMMERS!

1 /5 Joshua: Place is a total unethical scam on the less fortunate. They also treat their employees like garbage. If you work your way up to making decent money they simply fire you.

3 /5 Bruce Wayn3: Ursula was great and she is the only reason for the rating. She shouldnt be penalized for working for the organization. It shoild be zero stars. The service is pretty much robbery but I was over a barrel. I am a 100% Disabled veteran and had no where to turn. I will never use this service again. It would have been cheaper to find an old mob boss or a bookie to borrow money from. At least I would know that I was being screwed over. I will get the word out to other veterans to be aware. 5 /5 Janis Opiana: Maria has exceptional customer service! Her kindness and understanding makes me feel comfortable asking for a loan during my financial struggles. She makes me feel like im asking a close family member for financial help. The company is very lucky to have her. If and when i have a financial need, questions or concerns i can always go to Maria at the 78th store location for help. I trust her.
