Bill cole We had several questions about an Aetna health insurance policy for my company, so I tried calling and emailing my representative. I was put into a voicemail and did not receive a return email. Not sure if our rep still worked at the company, so I tried calling their main number and another number shown on their website. The main number doesnt work. Even though it prompts you to dial the extension of the person you want to talk to, when you enter the extension, it sends you back into the recording to leave a message. After giving up on reaching anyone through their extension, I tried to leave a message in their general voice mailbox as prompted by the recording. It wont let you leave a message, and keeps re-routing you to leave a message (which you cannot leave). Im not sure, but maybe the company has gone out of business. What service company cannot provide any customer service during normal business hours? Still hoping to talk to a representative........

Denise Hunt Customer Service is lacking. I pay my bills on time, the only reason my account went to collections was because the office never sent me a invoice. They tokd me 8 months later I had an outstanding balance and refused service. After contacting Prime Financial, I find out that the invoices were being sent to an address I havent lived at for 8 eight years. When trying to resolve the balance its extremely inconvenient that they have no website and you can only pay over the phone or snail mail. If your on a payment plan it takes them forever to send you an updated statement showing a payment was made and updated in their system. Methodist needs to do better with who they choose to handle their collections.
