1 /5 Master Lyck: Hello, I never wrote reviews but the fact that I am shows how bad this was. I went because I recently got a speeding ticket, Shoshana R. Dinerstein was the one representing me, she came in two times and never ever appeared again, I tried to ask question but she was really impatient and her attitude was rude. I ended up having to wait 6 HOURS while everyone was leaving , I was one of the last ones in the courtroom, and for the kicker, she actually left midway that’s why my stay was so long, I ended up getting taken care of a different law firm that was there and they got me out quick. She was rushing her job and didn’t allow for questions, she just told me to sit and wait till 2pm and I went in at 8am. I definitely will not pay for their services ever again after what I experienced with her.

1 /5 Alejandro Fernandez Favreau: I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Shoshana R. Dinerstein from Citizen Law Firm. After waiting for my name to be called at court, she called me up and immediately had a rude and dismissive attitude. She was yelling at an officer helping her call someone and didn’t speak to me professionally at all. When it was finally my turn, she rushed through everything and told me I had to either plead guilty or enter a deferred disposition—unless I wanted to pay extra for them to actually defend me, which made no sense considering I had already paid Citizen Law Firm and was still responsible for the full $225 court fee. I tried to explain what happened in my case, and she abruptly cut me off and told me to “zip it.” I wasn’t even given a chance to speak or ask questions. She walked out of the room without offering any instructions, leaving me confused and forced to ask the court clerk what to do next. I would not recommend Citizen Law Firm to anyone. This felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and I left feeling disrespected and unsupported. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will actually talk to you and advocate for you, I suggest looking elsewhere.

1 /5 Amir Rimaz: now I understood why people dropping 1 star review here!I just called,asked are you taking care of speed ticket,she seemed not understand what I am saying!,again after 3 mins called this office asking are you taking care of speed ticket she says are you already having file with us?! I just asked are you taking care of speed ticket why asking me with another question.

1 /5 liz: I was so disappointed by my experience with Citizen Law firm. I got my 1st ticket so all this was new too me. The unprofessionalism from Shoshana R. Dinerstein is ridiculous. I was sitting in the court room for about 3 hours and i saw many attorneys come in and talk to there clients but nothing from Shoshana. The officer that was there checking if our phones where off she had to call for her because everyone that was left was waiting for Shoshana from Citizen Law Firm. When she got there she was rushing everything and never gave us a chance to ask questions or concerns. When she called me and told me i had to pay $200 or take defensing driving, and i was trying to ask more question she didnt wanted to hear it. Everything was rushes and she looked annoyed. Please do not waist your time and money by getting Citizen Law Firm.

1 /5 Cheo Moreno: Hired this firm back in May 2024. Reset my case and was told I would be notified 1 week prior to hearing which turned out to be last week. They didn’t and when I called to see what happened. I spoke to Ariana who made the mistake, then gave me attitude instead of owning up to it and try to give a solution. I was told ZERO Attorneys work in that office and that the MANAGER can’t call me back because “they are too busy with other clients” don’t hire them. I’m stuck with a warrant and having to pay for the ticket after paying them to resolve it. I’ll be filing a grievance with the Texas bar cause after seeing the other comments, it’s what’s needed since they don’t want to provide a solution.
