1 /5 Taryn Steele: Went through Christina Perez for Health Insurance. She got my kids on health insurance through marketplace. She put my kids on a plan for adult dental, that when I went to the dentist, I wasnt able to use. She also put the kids each in their own group, according to the person who helped me at marketplace, and that cost me a lot extra per kid. Essentially, she was needing my bill to be higher to get her commission I guess. Also according to the marketplace woman who helped me, she said I was paying for my health coverage twice per kid with the plan I had, that it didnt make any sense to have the plan I did.
Then when I asked her, the insurance broker, to get my money back for the dental that she put on there, she didnt offer to call Ambetter, told me that I needed to call. I will never use a broker again and much less her for anything that I get. I work as a broker in transportation, and if I make a mistake, I have to fix it and lose money if I have to. She took no responsibility for her mistakes.
