2 /5 Cheryl Billiot: We came 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, waited 45 minutes after the appointment time to be told the nurse was unavailable, waited an additional 35 minutes to see the nurse practitioner for 10 minutes. We then sat in the lobby to wait for an additional 45 minutes, to be seen again for 10 minutes. If you have nothing else going on in the day then the staff is friendly and they do listen.
UPDATE: After a few months of coming regularly I can confidently say that our first appointment was a one time experience. It seems like changing the software, and including more Telehealth options really streamlined their process. The first visit is very thorough, but after that appointment its very straightforward. I love all the services they offer and we no longer dread our appointments.
