3 /5 Ri Wa: Made a huge mistake running Tammy off from the Kaufman office. My daughter had a virtual appt at 8 this morning. It’s 11:00 now and I Am still trying to get a doctors note for her, for school. Been told for 3 months we can begin coming every other month but then at the. End of the visit the doctor has an excuse to ‘come back in a month.’ Now I’m told we have to come back next month because she needs to have some sort of treatment plan done. At any rate, making FIVE calls in 2 hours time with no results, is ridiculous. For a DOCTOR NOTE!

1 /5 Brittany Stratton: Absolute joke of a “clinic”. I took my daughter for a two hour long wait and assessment with someone on a computer screen. Once the assessment was over I was told that since I didn’t want to medicate my child there was nothing they could offer. I was also told there were no counselors in office and was given a piece of paper for “Child development resources and support” The website is completely misleading.

1 /5 Shay McMillan: The place wasted my time and gas because they messed up my sons appointment. Instead of scheduling him for the intake they did a 15 minute appointment and then refused to even try to fix it by letting him see the person. I called ahead of the appointment and they didnt even let me know that it was wrong. The receptionist then was rude to me and my husband because we were 5 minutes late to the appointment despite the fact they had already messed up the appointment. My son needs help and this place doesnt seem to care

2 /5 Cheryl Billiot: We came 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, waited 45 minutes after the appointment time to be told the nurse was unavailable, waited an additional 35 minutes to see the nurse practitioner for 10 minutes. We then sat in the lobby to wait for an additional 45 minutes, to be seen again for 10 minutes. If you have nothing else going on in the day then the staff is friendly and they do listen. UPDATE: After a few months of coming regularly I can confidently say that our first appointment was a one time experience. It seems like changing the software, and including more Telehealth options really streamlined their process. The first visit is very thorough, but after that appointment its very straightforward. I love all the services they offer and we no longer dread our appointments.

5 /5 Elizabeth Pond: Been coming here for years and every time, we’ve been greeted from caring associates. Tammy at the front desk has been exceptional with her customer service and attentiveness to such crucial health care. Our doctor is kind, caring and to the point, and I’m so glad that she’s able to fit us in on occasion when truly needed.
