Kevin reached out to me the following week, but I missed his call and didn’t return it for a couple of days. When I finally called back, I spoke with Lucy, who finished setting up my account with exceptional customer service. I chose to pay off the loan early since I’m actively working to improve my credit score and wanted to reflect a loan in good standing. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the interest rate was, and even better, I received a $50 discount on the interest for paying off early.
