Gravel Roads I have a claim open, sent all the information required, yet they still send mail saying they still require the information that I’ve sent, after sending 4 copies to them via email, mail and fax they still say they haven’t gotten it after 4 months. They are a scam and the very thing that is wrong with “insurance companies “
