2 /5 Mary Matt: Dont bother. Weve come in three times opening an account as new residents with proof of residency (i.e., rental agreement) and social security cards as we wait for our licenses. My husband even called their main line and was told this wouldnt be a problem. Ha, jokes for days. I literally told them I wont bother at this point to return. The lack of customer service and education shows and it is frustrating.

1 /5 Lynda Wieler: Use to be a good place to do banking business. I had a fairly small check deposited and they said that they had to hold the check for 10 business days. I understand when the checks are in larger sums you want to make sure that the funds are sufficient before allowing full access to the money, but this was stupid. Still have no access to MY MONEY that I deposited on my account and start charging me overdraft for insufficient funds. Called them and said that a credit union does service the public different than a bank. We will be closing our account and take our business elsewhere so we can use our money. Aslo, we do not get help or service when we walk in for some questions. I would probably let this go but there have been several times where we have needed something and it never gets answered or done.

5 /5 Thomas Yocom: The staff is so helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel valued. I knew nothing about credit or anything when I started as a customer here. Trish helped me get a car loan and helped raise my credit score! I would recommend this bank to anyone they know what they are doing!

1 /5 Dario Marquez: I do not recommend this bank. I attempted to withdraw a small amount of cash and was denied access to my own funds, with the CEO citing a “security policy.” After expressing my concerns, I was shocked to receive a call from a police officer two days later informing me that my account would be closed. It’s concerning that rather than addressing a customer issue directly, the bank escalated it in this manner. Please be cautious — any disagreement, even minor, may be met with extreme measures. That said, the staff themselves were kind and professional — they were simply following directions. My issue is with the policies and upper management decisions.

1 /5 Meredith Copeland: Don’t bother going inside. It’s a minimum of a 30 minute wait every time. Drive thru isn’t any better. I’m about to close my account and go elsewhere.
