2 /5 Mary Matt: Dont bother. Weve come in three times opening an account as new residents with proof of residency (i.e., rental agreement) and social security cards as we wait for our licenses. My husband even called their main line and was told this wouldnt be a problem. Ha, jokes for days. I literally told them I wont bother at this point to return. The lack of customer service and education shows and it is frustrating.
