1 /5 Susana Robles: I’m not happy with the costumer service this morning they called me and left a voicemail I didn’t answer because I was at a doctor appointment, they pressure me alot to refinance, they call me directly to work not trying to call me to my cellphone first, I told Gloria that I was sorry that I didn’t had the payment I told her that the following week I was gonna call to do my payment I already know that I have to pay late fees and she said that she can’t wait for me to refinance.
